Obituary of Keith Elwood George Burns

Passed away at Haliburton Highlands Hospital on Saturday November 14, 2015. Keith Burns of Haliburton, formerly of Lakefield in his 79th year. Loved and missed by his wife 50 years Frances (Vesey). Also missed by his children Scott Burns of Haliburton, Brent Burns of Whistler, B.C. and Heather Sedgwick (Tom) also of Haliburton. Poppa is remembered by Caitlyn, Samantha and Wesley and their mother Anne Marie of Rockwood and by Michael. Survived by his brothers Grant (Doris), Harold and sister-in-law Peggy. Predeceased by his parents Thelma and Garnet and brother Joe. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Wednesday November 18, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A memorial service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Thursday November 19, 2015 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home. Private family interment of cremated remains to be held at a later date.
