MOLONEY: Mary Pauline
Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Monday, November 23, 2015. Mary Pauline O’Brien of Peterborough, formerly of Douro, in her 86th year. Much loved wife of the late Stephen R. Moloney. Dear mother of Dan (Deb Wellman), Marian Leahy (Neil), Karen Buckley (John), Patti Winn (George), Linda Clements (Don), Gary (Sharon), Mike and the late Joseph. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Steve (Tori), Shawn (Natalia), Shannon (Jason Travers), Natasha Ragaz (Nick), Tanya Leahy (Brennan Lawrence), Nathan Leahy (Brooke Saltern), Chris Buckley (Melinda), Scott & Brent Buckley, Megan Whitton (Josh), Morgan McMorrow (Colin), Jordan Winn (Mary), Sheila (Jamie Chatten), Keeley & Mick and by her great grandchildren Violet, Alyssa, Leah, Ciaran, Jacob, Mason, Sadie, Alister, Mae, Eamon, Josephine and Bridget. Dear sister of Ella Sheehan (Gus), Bernie Roque (Arnold), Joe O’Brien (the late Marg), Frances Kimura (Don) and the late Mart. Dear sister-in-law of Marie O’Brien, Wilma Moloney and Frances Coughlin (Gerald). Special friend and honourary mother of Pat Fitzgerald (Kathy). Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Predeceased by her parents, Frank & Maudie (Coughlin), brother-in-law Leo Moloney and sister-in-law Elizabeth Condon (Frank). Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Thursday, November 26, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Parish Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Thursday at 4:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Douro, on Friday, November 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Interment at St. Joseph’s R.C. Cemetery. A reception will follow at St. Joseph’s Parish Hall. The family would like to thank the staff of Peterborough Retirement Residence for their loving attention to Pauline these past years and to the B5 and Palliative Care Units of P.R.H.C. for the tremendous care she received in her last three weeks.
