We were so sadden to hear of Betty's passing. I many memories of her visiting Lakefield on the weekends. She was full of life and always on the move, her baking skills is what I remember the most she could bake up a storm .When ever she came walking through your door she had the most wonderful smile on her face that you would never forget. Most of all I am very sad for her family and extended family that she touched the hearts of and how much she will be missed by all of you. Take a rest Betty you well deserve it my friend RIP.

So sorry to hear of Aunt Betty's passing. I remember her and everyone in the family with such fondness and love. When i think of aunt Betty I think of the big yellow house in Lakefield where I got to stay whenever we visited with my mom and dad (Marvin and Anne). I remember her kindness, her laugh and her generosity. It is at times like that i wish that family lived closer. I am so glad to have visited with her a couple of years ago when we were in Ontario at a family wedding. She will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to the whole family, we have known the whole family our whole life. I still clearly remember Les delivering our milk, and me babysitting the few younger ones. Dan and Linda were close friends for a very long time, and Dan actually came out of retirement to be DJ at Charlie's retirement party. An awesome family, every one of them, most of Betty's life she raised them on her own, as she lost Les so early in their marriage. I have always respected and liked her so much, along with the whole family. she definitely deserves most of the credit for how her kids were raised, and remains a very close family... stay close. your bonding will bring you so many good memories, and at the end that is all you have to hold on to... Love the whole family, they are all awesome, and all so down to earth.
