Obituary of Evelyn Petrunka Johnson

JOHNSON: Evelyn (nee Lubianecki) Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Wednesday February 3, 2016, after having lived courageously with Alzheimer’s since 2008. Evelyn is the loving wife of the late Art Johnson (2009). They owned Bayview Marina on Stoney Lake since 1964. Dearly missed by her children Dennis (Lynn), Terry, Jim (Pauline), Brian (Catherine), Mark (Liz), Michelle Parkinson (Lee) and Ron (Simona). Grandma and Nana is missed by 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Survived by her sisters Mary Losell (the late John) and Stella Subonovich (the late Dan). Predeceased by her son Wayne and grandchildren Holly and Tyler. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Monday February 8, 2016 from 6-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday February 9, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Interment Lakefield Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home.
