Obituary of Douglas Donald Spence

SPENCE, Douglas D. Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Monday August 8, 2016. Doug Spence of Apsley in his 68th year. Lovingly remembered by his father Eion Murray Spence (Marilyn) and by his daughter Andrea Spence-Kidd (Steven) of Douro-Dummer and son Eion Spence (Melissa) of Kawartha Lakes. Loved and missed by his grandchildren Drew Porter, Alex Kidd. Lliam, Connor and Logan Spence and by his great grandchildren Landon and Avery Porter. Also remembered by his siblings Dianna Vanderknapp, Nancy Schmidt (John), Linda Collins and Brenda Mancini (Rick) and by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his step-mother Madeline and sisters Leslie McCabe (Paul) and Andrea Spence. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held at 1635 County Road 6, Douro-Dummer on Saturday August 13, 2016 beginning at 2:00 PM.
