Obituary of Margaret Marie Van Buskirk

Passed away peacefully in her 87th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Eddie for 67 years. Dearest mother to Gary, Gail (Ian Scott), and Paul (Elizabeth Zborowski). Proud grandmother of Tracey, Kyle, Mark, and Drew. A special friend to her cousin Sadie and husband Teddy Stephen. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Margaret and Eddie moved to Port Credit in 1951. She enjoyed a successful 35 year career in insurance with Haney, Hunt, and Bowden. A long time member and supporter of the Catholic Womens League. Since Margaret and Eddie retired they have spent 30 wonderful years in the Victoria Place community near Bobcaygeon. Family was always first with Margaret and her memory will live on in the hearts of Eddie, her children, and grandchildren. A visitation will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, MONK CHAPEL, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon on Thursday September 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Memories will be shared from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
