Obituary of Geraint Robert Watson

WATSON: Geraint Robert “Joe” Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Tuesday February 14, 2017. Joe Watson of Lakefield in his 76th year. Joe was a longtime maintenance and truck driver with National Grocers, Peterborough. Loved and missed by his wife Debra Watson (nee Baptie) and by his children Joe Watson of Peterborough, Phyllis Hannivan (Don) of Warsaw and Kevin Watson (Nikki) of Mandurah, Australia. Grandpa is remembered by Tyler and Alyssa Watson, Kirsten Hannivan (Dan), Kallie and Andrew Hannivan, and Finn and Kitty Rose Watson. Dear great grandpa of Jackson. Survived by his brothers Roy, David (Mary Kim) and Ian Watson. Predeceased by his parents, brother Basil “Buck” Watson (Hazel) and sister-in-law Carol Watson. A funeral service will be held at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Lakefield on Wednesday February 22, 2017 at 1:00 PM. A reception will follow at the R.C.L. Branch #77, Lakefield.
