HEWIE: Ola May (nee STABLER)

Passed away at Empress Gardens on May 14, 2017. Ola Hewie of Peterborough in 94th year. Sadly missed by her late husband Joe Hewie. Also missed by her children Robert Hewie (Regina) and Sharon Hewie (d. Al Good). Grandma will be remembered by Dwayne (Melissa), Christopher (Danitza), Colin and Connor and great grandchildren Dillin, Kaytlyn, Amanda and great-great grandchildren Jackson, Nathan and Braylen. Survived by her brother Fred Stabler and his wife Ethel of Ohio, several nieces and nephews and Jan Good (Mike Pelliter), Al’s family. Predeceased by her parents, John and Edna (Windover) Stabler, her sister Clara and her brothers Bert (Helen), Carl and Clarence. Friends and relatives are invited to call at The HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, Lakefield Chapel on Saturday May 20th, 2017 from 7:00-9:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday May 21st, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
