Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Tuesday February 27, 2018. Pat Ackermann in her 73rd year. Beloved mother of Adrian Ackerman and Gillian Lopes (Joe). Cherished grandmother of Truman (11) and Sebastian (13) Lopes. A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Sunday March 11, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
