John and all your family:
We are indeed saddened to hear of your loss. Virginia was truly one of a kind lady, always gracious, thoughtful and devoted to her faith and to you, She shared her wisdom on the TVA Ministry Committee with me for several years and always gave quiet counsel. We have been blessed to know and love her. John Jr. spent many weekends at our home in Barrie with other Baptist young people and we are so grateful for those years of energy and activity. We learn much from the experiences of others, and you and Virginia have shared your life and ministry with countless people around the world, including us. Thank you for the great privilege of knowing you both. When we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be!
You are on our minds and in our hearts.

Dearest John Keith and Family: I want to express my sincerest condolences and sympathies to you on the passing of your dear and highly esteemed wife and mother, Virginia. Your earthly loss is heaven's gain. How wonderful to know that she is rejoicing in her transformed and enhanced life. Maybe she is even teaching French up there while my deceased wife Kathy is playing the piano around the throne of God. God is good and calls His dear ones, who He has redeemed, back to Himself. May the good Lord comfort and sustain you in the days to come when the loneliness and grief of your great loss settles in as you continue your pilgrimage with Ginny. Karl R. Janzen

Sincerest condolences to Ginny's family from the staff and board of the Burlington Public Library. While Ginny's service as a Reference Librarian was years ago, she is remembered fondly still by former colleagues. I believe two wooden sculptures gracing my office were gifts from Ginny to the Library after some time spent in Africa! My aunt Eleanor Sullivan was the Head of the Reference department and worked directly with Ginny and I recall that my aunt spoke highly of Ginny's inquisitive mind and described her as the quintessential Reference Librarian. With hopes your many memories will bring you peace in your loss.

It was my privilege to be John and Virginians pastor from 1983-1989. I had many pleasant visits at their beautiful home on Stony Lake. Virginia was a gracious hostess and a wonderful Christian woman. She will be missed. Our sincere sympathy to John and the family. It is wonderful to know that to be with Christ is better by far.
