Norm passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday, March 10, 2018 in his 95th year. Dear husband of the late Elizabeth (Betty) Black.  He was pre-deceased by his daughter, Judith Miller (Phonce) and his brothers and sisters.  He is survived by his daughter, Carol Bletsoe (Ross), his sister-in-law, Nancy Reith, and many nieces and nephews. Poppy will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Gordon Blake (Jane), Erica Bletsoe, Ian Bletsoe (Sarah), and Amanda Horrell (Jeremy) and his great grandchildren, Cassandra, Kaiden, Keira, Violet, Lillian and Miles. Norm was an electrician and worked most of his career for the Toronto Public Libraries before retiring almost 30 years ago. The family wishes to thank Dr. Michael Gibson and Dr. Kirk Dillon and the wonderful staff at the PRHC and also the staff of Applewood Retirement Residence for their care and kindness. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place.  A family service will take place in the spring in London, Ontario.
