Our deepest condolences to Kim's family.
She was an exceptional person, who will be greatly missed. Kim volunteered with Selwyn Public Library for 24 years at our Ennismore Branch and touched so many during her time with us. She was a champion and an advocate of the library and her impact will never be forgotten.
Our thoughts are with you.

To Jeff, Rick, Michelle and Zoe,
Please accept our sincere condolences regarding the unfortunate death of Kim.
We were so pleased to have her as a neighbour for 14 yrs. We saw how she cared for all she came in contact with, and was such a hard worker, independent, and grateful for any help given. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her. She had so many talents that were not seen by many, but we came to appreciate all she could do.
Rest in peace Kim.
Len and Gail.

To Family and Friends of our Kim.
Kim was a wonderful and caring person. She enjoyed a life in a quiet way of giving and volunteering her help. She was the champion of her son Jeff. There was great respect and family love for her brother Rick and his wife Michele. Their daughter Zoe was the apple of her eye. She had a great love of children and devoted her life to this challenging work. The many children that Kim nurtured and taught while working in day care certainly had the start of good training in love and respect which would be a good step in the journey of maturing.
I met Kim in 2002 when volunteering at the Ennismore Library. A great friendship evolved over the many years. We would discuss problems of bother and help each other come to a working solution. In this way I became acquainted with Kim's family and she with mine. She always had time to be concerned for my welfare. Her friendship and kindness will be sorely missed.
I wish to express my sincere sympathy at this time of Kim's death to family and friends and those whose life has been touched by her thoughtfulness. This kind and gentle woman will be greatly missed
At times such as this a poem comes to mind that certainly has helped me to addresses this loss titled " Do Not Stand At My Grave And Weep" by Mary Fry. You may find it on the net. Do read it as it has many thoughts and sentiments.
With great respect, sincerely. Bill

Kim has cared for my 2 children over the last 3 years. She was always so friendly & always so eager to teach & learn. One of my fondest & my son's fondest memories of Kim are of her bringing milk weeds with monarch butterfly cacoons attached to the daycare. The children were able to observe the development of beautiful.monarch butterflies. 2 years later & my son still speaks of this. Kim will be greatly missed. She touched so many lives. Our condolences to her family & friends
