Passed away surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, December 1, 2018. Frank is rejoicing in Heaven with his Lord and Saviour, enjoying a newly healed body and the company of family and friends that have gone to be with the Lord before him. Frank was the proud owner/operator of Kawartha Stone Masters for over 30 years, and his legacy will be carried on by the men he has apprenticed over the years. For many years, Frank was very active in the hockey community working teams in both summer and winter leagues. He had the opportunity to coach all over Ontario ranging from house league all the way to AAA including; Kingston, Aurora, Lindsey, Ennismore, Whitby, and Lakefield. For many years he was also the head trainer for the Peterborough Tier Jr. A hockey club. He took an active role as a church elder and board member for many years at Church on the Rock where he got saved as a young person and went on to teach Bible Study and Sunday School as well. In most recent years Frank was an active member at Apsley Community Chapel. Frank was a firm believer in the power of the Lord and often shared inspirational notes, words of encouragement, and the message of salvation with everyone that he met. He is loved and missed by his wife of 43 years, Susan (nee Fuller). Loving father of Daniel (Connie) of Buckhorn and Elizabeth Fraser (Tyrell) of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Vanessa, William and Ezekiel. Survived by his sister Dale Henry (Carl), brothers Jim, Gord and Art (Jennifer), brother-in-law David Fuller (Susan), niece Faith, nephew Sam and mother-in-law Mary Fuller. Predeceased by his parents Don and Alma Guest. A private family interment has taken place at Sandy Lake Cemetery, Lakehurst. A Celebration of Frank’s Life will be held at Apsley Community Chapel on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 11:00 AM. Memorial donations may be made to “Apsley Community Chapel”, to be used for children in need this season.
