Wendy and Tracey. I worked with Tom for many years at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Tommy O, was funny, had a wealth of knowledge that he willingly shared, and was always calm during any crisis that arose. Everyone loved him and he interacted so well with all of us. When he retired, we often spoke if him and some of the hilarious things that he said and did. I've thought if Tom many times over the years and it always brought a smile to my face. Tracey, I met you many years ago on a few occasions. I'm so sorry for your loss. Tom was one of a kind and I will keep you and Wendy in my thoughts.
