Brad's death was quite a shock to us!!! We bought our house in Bobcaygeon through Brad and Kelli. It was a long process as we were pretty specific as to what we were looking for. Brad was extremely patient with us and showed us a lot of houses. When we found one we wanted to bid on, he was just as happy as we were. Since then, Brad and I became friends and he kept "threatening" that he was going to come out to the lawn bowling club. Unfortunately, he never made it. He was the first friend we made in our new town and we will miss him terribly. A very friendly, personable man and an excellent realtor.

Dear Normajean, David ,and to Brad's family,
On behalf of the Freeborn family, we extend our deepest condolences, on the sudden and unexpected death of Brad.It is a difficult
and sad enough time.We knew from Joann, her inability to speak, how much she loved and cared for your Brad. A nephew she cherished.A son and father taken too young.
Please know you are all in our thoughts.May you take your precious memories of Brad and hold onto them tight.Cherish them.
Much love and condolences,

On behalf of the entire Coldwell Banker Canada network, I would like to extend our deepest sympathy on the sudden passing of Brad Nelson. Such a loss is difficult under any circumstance, but it is especially tragic at Brad's age of only 57 and at a time when social distancing limits our ability to grieve and comfort.
Brad was an extraordinary individual who had earned our admiration for his many charitable endeavours, especially during the COVID crisis in Bobcaygeon. I know he will be deeply missed by all his friends and colleagues at Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Real Estate and throughout our national network.
Coldwell Banker Canada has sent a donation to the Bobcaygeon Food Bank in Brad's memory. Please accept our sincere condolences at this most difficult time.

It is outrageously tragic Brad for you to leave so early and at, what will now have to be, the height of the very best version of you: the best friend, best dad, best son and the best real estate broker.
We knew each other for 22 years, as colleagues, as competitors, as business owners, as employees (a time best forgotten) and finally as good friends and I will so miss your brilliant mind, your biting wit, your creative entrepreneurship, your council, your wisdom and kindness.
I grieve for the loss of you and am the poorer for it but the richer for having had you in my life.
I wish your family and friends the strength to bear it.
