My mom Frances(Hoekstra) Vanderhout asked me to write this for her as she herself is in long term care.
" I am so sorry to hear of Lise's passing. We were such good friends and were almost like sisters when I lived in Lakefield. Lise was kind and fun loving. We shared much laughter, joy, our faith and many good times together with our families. My condolences to Bob, Sim, Anita, Brenda and all their families"
I love that in a time of scattered memories my mom's memory of Lise is so clear. She was a special lady.
Personally I also remember all the kindess and generousity your mother showed me growing up and when I was at Trent University. Jamie, Jp and Nick all spoke to me of your mom and our Lakefield memories with the Wierdsma's.
