David and Steven, Your mother was the sweetest lady we are very sad that we didn’t get to have her longer. She had the best sense of humour and was very caring. Always worried about us working too much or long hours. She would tell me to go home a rest in her stern voice and that look of you better listen to me. But always had a big smile the next time you went in to see her. I know she loved you boys dearly because of the way she talked about you. She is pain free now, thinking of you during this difficult time!

Margaret was a lovely lady. I met her when she first came to Kawartha Retirement Home and I loved her sense of humour. We had fun going out on our Thursday outings and she handled her surgery so well. To David and Steven: your mother was ever so proud of her two sons. Sweetly her soul shall rest.
Sincerely, Alice and Tom Chambers

I first met Margaret on a bus trip to Pennsylvania. As a newbie, I bought way to much fabric and commented on how to explain it all to my husband. Margaret leaned over and said she just tells her husband that it was samples. We laughed. Margaret also taught me how to hand quilt. I will miss her laughter and quick whit.

My condolences to Margaret's family. As a member of the Settlers Village Quilters, I got to know Margaret very well. I sat beside her at the quilting frame every Monday for many years, enjoying her quick wit and cheerful personality. She was a loyal member of the guild, contributing financially and in many other ways. On quilting trips, she entertained us with her great sense of humour. I valued our friendship and I will miss her.

My heartfelt condolences to you David, Steven, your families and your Mom’s many friends and health care providers. Your Mom was a wonderful person who gave her love unconditionally to all that knew her.
You are in our thoughts and prayers and hope you find strength during this difficult time.
May the many happy memories fill you with joy and laughter as your Mom would have wanted you to live your life to the fullest with gusto and love.
May Margaret Rest In Peace and be joined with her loving husband to watch over you and guide you from above.
Much love from Michael, Catherine, Madeline, and Callie Epps. XOXO
