Obituary of Sharon Elaine Chadwick

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Hospice Peterborough at the age of 73. Beloved wife of Noel Paris. Loving Mother of Nicole Gilchrist (Todd) and Noel Burkitt (Kate). Proud Nana of Emma Gilchrist, Maeve, Charles, Hazel, and August Burkitt. Aunt of Brian (Tracey) McCann and great aunt of Carys and Owen. Sharon will be missed by her brothers-in-law, Bruce McCann and Doug Mountjoy, her beloved relatives from Wales, and her extended family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Edith (née Grills) Chadwick, her sisters, Isabel McCann and Enid May Millar, and her niece, Kaylie McCann. Sharon leaves behind her dog, Kash, who will deeply feel her absence. 

Sharon had a compassionate soul, filled with patience, empathy, and love. She was passionately committed to serving her community and helping others through her various roles in the Social Service industry. The strength and support she brought others will be deeply missed and never forgotten.  As per Sharon’s wishes, there will be no funeral service held. Cremation has taken place and arrangements entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL.
