Peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2021 in his 78th year at Kawartha Heights Retirement Living, Peterborough, formerly of Douro-Dummer. Loving husband of the late Cathryn (nee Kingdon). Loving Dad of Christian (Casie), Becky and Regan (Carson). Beloved Bamp of Rayna, Brogan, Brenna, Amelia and Alex. Dear brother to Diana and the late Lorne (Yvonne). Bill is remembered for his years of volunteer work with minor hockey, Douro Firefighters, East Central Therapy Dogs and the Warsaw Lions Club, as well as for being an avid wood turner, member of the Kawartha Woodturners Guild, and for his quirky sense of humour and love of animals. Bill was a long time, dedicated employee at Muttart Builder’s Supplies. A private funeral service was held with interment at St. Mark’s Cemetery, Warsaw on May 14, 2021. Memorial donations to the Warsaw Lions Club would be appreciated by the family.
