Obituary of Wayne Morley Shearer

Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Gloria (née Ingram) and father of Wayne Jr., and Nicholas (Karen). Loving grandfather of Alex, Nicole (Ryan), Jessica, and Patrick. Brother of Bob and Wendy (Barry). Predeceased by his parents, John and Audrey (née Pluard) and his sister, Barbara. Wayne will be remembered by his extended family, the Ingram family, and his many friends.

A celebration of Wayne’s life will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the Buckhorn Community Centre, 1782 Lakehurst Road, Buckhorn, Ontario. Those attending must bring their proof of double vaccination and wear a face covering.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation or The Buckhorn Community Centre would be greatly appreciated.
