With great sadness we announce the passing of Shane on Sunday October 24, 2021, aged 66 years, after a short, fierce battle with cancer.  Shane was a long-time employee of Ventra Plastics in Peterborough.  He is predeceased by his parents Shirley & Tom Gilmore.  Cherished brother of David Gilmore and Sherry Dumoulin (Jeff).  Much loved uncle of Emily and Matthew Dumoulin.  As per Shane’s wishes, private family arrangements are being held.  Memorial donations may be made to Lakefield Community Care or the Lakefield Foodbank as expressions of sympathy and may be made by contacting THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-652-3355.
