Please accept our deepest condolences. Such a loss. Our family has known Rob for decades. We were lucky enough to have Rob agree to work with us for years, staying at our house for a few months until he was settled into a nearby apartment (I remember him being thrilled it was right next door to the best pizza parlor in Stoney Creek!). Rob was an extremely intelligent man, picking up CNC programming in a short six months and out-performing those with 5 years experience. My daughter and I visited him two weeks ago and he still offered a smile and a hug. He was such a sweet, kind man, always there to offer a hand to our family, be it instructing our youngest son how to make a home-made speaker box or helping with emergencies at our cottage. I’ll miss our talks about movies and, especially, the Lord of the Rings trilogy. He will be greatly missed by us all.
