JAMIESON: Shirley Marie

Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C., on Wednesday June 15, 2022.  Shirley Jamieson of Bridgenorth in her 84^th year.  Shirley was a respected Registered Nurse at the Civic Hospital/P.R.H.C. for over 30 years, serving as head nurse of the I.C.U.  She was an ardent volunteer in her community and spent countless hours volunteering at the Selwyn Library.  Loved and missed by her son David Jamieson (Harriet “Hare”) of Lakefield and step-children Donna Baker (Paul) of Toronto, Kevin Jamieson (Tammy) of Belleville and Brian Jamieson of Toronto.  Survived by her step-grandchildren Justin, Olivia, Emma and Adam and 2 brothers.  Predeceased by her husband Sam (1994).  A Celebration of Shirley’s Life will be held on Monday June 27, 2022 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. 66 Queen Street, Lakefield.  Memorial donations may be made to the Selwyn Library or P.R.H.C.
