Obituary of Gerald Wilson Tucker

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Dad on Tuesday September, 13th 2022, at Hospice Peterborough. 

Dad was 92 years old and was born and raised in Apsley, Ontario. 

Predeceased by his parents Walter and Flora Tucker. 

Beloved Husband of the late Beatrice (Johnston) Tucker (d 2019).

Father of Dale Tucker, Geraldine Tucker-Manning (Bruce), Wally Tucker, the late Duane Tucker (d 1980) all of Apsley Ontario. 

Poppa will always have a special place in the hearts of his Grandchildren 

Leslie Tucker, Logan Tucker, Chad Tucker (Sarah), Byron Tucker, Aaron Manning, Dylan Manning, Teal Tucker, Kali Tucker, Jake Tucker, Christopher Kellar.

Poppa will be missed by his Great Grandchildren, especially Owen and Hailey Tucker. 

Brother to the late Wayne Tucker (Rose) and the late Marie Watson (d. Keith Watson).

Uncle Gerry is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Dr. Broomfield, Dr. Mallory, LIHN, Staff at Hospice Peterborough. 

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES- Lakefield Chapel, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm.
