Our deepest sympathy and condolences to to the family members of Norma Long. Norma was a dedicated and caring person and it showed in her Real Estate profession. Norma sold my parents house situated in the Lakeview Estates in such a short time after the for sale sign went up. Norma had many strong skillsets as well as a great personality and a people person. My thoughts and prayers to go out to Norma's family and friends.
My parents Colonel and Jean Moser bought and sold a number of homes with Norma's assistance. Each time she would help find us that next house, ensuring we it was just the right one for that move. We were lucky enough over time to become friends as well.
Norma was one of those special few in life that gets to work at something they truly love.
She was one of a kind and will be truly missed.

We will always remember Norma, a "character" we very much admired. Along with her sense of humour, she is to be admired for her determination and will to win.
As a real estate customer of Norma, Norma was very thorough, very open and diligent in all aspects of "the deal". Norma was also a resource for everything related to maintaining a cottage, she provided great recommendations.
How could you not love Norma?

To know Norma was to love Norma.
Norma was a very special lady - warm, welcoming and generous in every way. She opened her door to us many times and always made us feel welcome. Our time with her was very special. We will always remember her laugh and terrific sense of humour.

I met Norma 7 years ago when I transferred into the Royal Lepage Bobcaygeon office. With over 50 years in the business Norma’s dedication is unmatched. Norma was at the office 7 days a week…she just LOVED the business and told me that many times over. She had sold most properties in and around Bobcaygeon at least once, if not multiple times over the years. Her knowledge of the business was immense. It is a true testament to Norma how many past clients, and friends, would stop into the office to see and chat with her or have her represent them in their real estate purchase or sale. It was truly remarkable.
On a personal level, Norma had a great sense of humour, and we had many laughs. We talked about many things…however it would always come back to real estate! She was so proud of Bobcaygeon and supported many local charities and groups.
Norma spoke often about her family - especially of her grandchildren and she would proudly share all of their latest accomplishments with us at the office.
Norma will be greatly missed in the Bobcaygeon community and the local real estate community where she is considered an icon in the business.
