Tom Chambers
An officer and a gentleman
August 24, 1924 – June 14, 2023
Tom Chambers leaves behind his devoted and much-loved wife of 73 years, Alice Mary Chambers (Rush) at the age of 98. He also leaves behind his children Bill (Kathryn) and Susan (Pat). Also grieving our loss are Tom's grandchildren Tommy (Kristyn), Aaron (April), Will (Amy), Derek (Cat), Jessica (James), Sam (Shannon) and Nine great grandchildren. Tom was predeceased by his parents and siblings, his beloved son Tom and grandson Jonathan. Tom was born in Verdun, QC. He had a successful career as the Chief of Police of Ajax and following amalgamation he was named as Deputy Chief of Durham Regional Police (Retired). A celebration of life will take place at Aspira Kawartha Lakes Retirement Living, 60 West Street North, Bobcaygeon, on Saturday June 24th from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
