Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Saturday July 8, 2023. Linda Foote of North Kawartha, formerly of Chatham and Peterborough in her 83rd year. Linda began her career as a Lab Technologist and together with her husband Bob, they owned and operated Western Tire and Pro Hardware on Chemong Road in Peterborough for 30 years. Sadly missed by her husband of 60 years, Bob. Also missed by her children Michael (Joanne) of Peterborough and David (Becky) of Ottawa. Grandma will be remembered by Logan, Breanna, Devon, Rudy, Rhiannon, Calvin and Bronwyn. Also remembered by her brother Russel Robertson (Barb) of Toronto. Survived by her niece Katie and nephew Jamie. Predeceased by her parents Clark & Thelma Robertson. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held from THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, on Monday July 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home and interment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, Peterborough.
