Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Tuesday September 12, 2023.  Eleanor Taylor of Curve Lake in her 77^th year.  Eleanor spent much of her life helping those in her community and abroad to learn and retain their traditional teachings.  Loved and missed by her children Stanford Taylor (Lisa Miliken) of Curve Lake, Andrew Taylor (Giselle Whitton) of B.C., Anthony Taylor of Curve Lake, the late Catherine Taylor (Raymond Smith) of Curve Lake and Laura Knott of Curve Lake.  Dear grandma of several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  Survived by her brother Franklin Knott.  Predeceased by her parents Inez and Alec.  A funeral service will be held at Curve Lake Community Church on Friday September 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM.  Interment Curve Lake Cemetery.  A reception will follow at the Curve Lake Community Centre.  Arrangements entrusted to  THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or 705-652-3355.
