Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on September 23rd, 2023. Pre-deceased by his wife Christine, and beloved father to Ian Church (Jennifer Schell), Todd Church, Jeff Church (Deb Parks) and Darcy Church. David will also be deeply missed by his grandchildren Grady, Gwendolyn and Abigail.

Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – LAKEFIELD CHAPEL. As per the family’s request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
