McCRACKEN: Kathleen Margaret (nee Brodie)

Passed away peacefully at Sheridan Villa Long Term Care, Mississauga on Friday October 27, 2023.  Kathleen McCracken formerly of Lakefield (Douro-Dummer) in her 102^nd year.  Loving wife of the late Milton Everett McCracken.  Sadly missed by her daughter Lynda Donnan (Bryson) of Mississauga and her daughter-in-law Irene McCracken of Coldwater.  She is predeceased by her loving son Ken in 2013.  Dear grandma of Craig McCracken, James Donnan (Kathy), Carla MacDonald (Pat), Jason Donnan (Meghan), Laura Holmes (Ian), John Donnan (Jaslynd) and great grandchildren Natalie, Rowan, Arwen, Julia, Winter, Jacob, Lucas, Jasper and Amelia.  Predeceased by her brother Harold Brodie (Muriel) and sister Alice Brodie, all of Toronto.  Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield on Sunday November 5, 2023 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM.  A private family funeral service will follow with interment at Lakefield Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to the ALS Society or the Alzheimer Society as expressions of sympathy and may be made by contacting the funeral home at www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705-652-3355.
