Obituary of Darlene Mary Elizabeth Bacon
BACON, Darlene Mary Elizabeth (nee Boylen)
Passed away on November 8th, 2023 in her 71st year. Darlene from Belleville, formerly of Bobcaygeon, and Weston is survived by her son Darian Bacon and nephews Stephen, Greg and Fred and niece Cheryl. Predeceased by her parents Stanley Boylen and Florence Boylen McAuslan, sister Carolyne Reese, brother Terry Boylen and niece Sandra. Darlene is well remembered for her community and youth advocacy in Bobcayeon. Darlene was a loving parent, who was a common face at Bobcaygeon Public School, a proud member of both the fair board and the horticultural society, and along with her Mother, owned and operated the Rhymes & Times Doll Museum, a local tourist attraction, for many years. As per Darlene’s request, she would like anyone able to do so to please go sit somewhere in nature with a tea or coffee and reflect on their memories together.
