Obituary of Lois Marie Webster

WEBSTER, Lois

Passed away at St. Joseph’s at Fleming, Peterborough on Friday December 8, 2023.  Lois Webster (nee Little), beloved wife of the late George Webster.  Loving mother of Beth Worden (Barry) of Kamloops, B.C., Linda Facey of Peterborough, the late Anne Duchak (Ken), and the late Donald Webster (Arlene).  Lois will be dearly missed by her grandchildren: Kevin Duchak (Michelle) of Maple Ridge, B.C., Kim Duchak (Jann) of Wise Island, B.C., Kirk Smith (Gina Fabbro) of Kamloops, B.C., Derek Smith of Surrey, B.C., Glennis Worden (Brad Hass) of Port Coquitlam, B.C., Dale Worden (Jane) of New South Wales, Australia, Tammy Bryant (Dave) of Peterborough, Jennie Lundy of Peterborough, Perry Webster of Norwood, Amanda Webster (Ray Frye) of Cottesloe, Andrew Facey of Peterborough and Aimee Tubman (Chris) of Fowler’s Corners.  Lois will also be missed by 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Lois is survived by her brother Percy Little (Jean) and many nieces and nephews. Lois is predeceased by her sisters Ivah Barr (d. Dave) and Leah Peel (d. Bob).  As per her wishes, cremation has taken place, with a celebration of Lois’s life to take place at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield.   As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or The Canadian Cancer Society by visiting www.hendrenfuneralhome.com or by calling 705 652-3355.  The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Joseph’s at Fleming for all the care they gave Lois in her 12 years there.
