Obituary of May Aleksandra Harvey

HARVEY, MAY (Nee Dzervitis)

May Aleksandra Harvey, age 85, of Apsley Ontario, passed away

peacefully on December 16, 2023. May was predeceased by her parents, Aleksandra and Arvids Dzervitis, and her husband, Jack. May is survived by her son Tim, his partner Deborah Simmons, her sister Ieva Godlevskis, and her daughters Rita and Ilsa. May will be missed by numerous family and friends. 

May was born in Riga Latvia and immigrated to Canada at the age of eleven. May enjoyed silk painting, gardening, and making friends. If you asked May, her main purpose in life was looking after the well- being and happiness of others.

May requested no services, but for a tree to be planted in her memory in the spring.
