Obituary of Scott Aaron Page

PAGE, Scott Aaron

Passed away suddenly from natural causes on Wednesday, January 31st,2024 at the young age of 44.  Born on October 29, 1979 to Margaret and Rick Page, Scott lived an incredible and energetic life in Ontario with his loving siblings Deidre (Paul) and Matt (Jen), later moving to New Haven with his wife and love of his life, Kirsten, where they resided for over 16 years.  He was predeceased by his mother Margaret, which was an excruciating loss for Scott. He will remain in our hearts forever.

He will be deeply missed by Veronica, his niece Madisyn and his nephews Kaylan, Ty, Grayson and Dylan. He will also be missed by everyone in the Mendillo family: Caroline, Stephen (Lisa), Jimmy (Vicky), Tag (Beth), nephew Jack and niece Avery, all the cousins and so many of his close friends.

Scott’s parents spent countless hours supporting their loving son, not only in his sports and social endeavours, but in life.  These skills made Scott a compassionate, loving and dedicated friend, coach, son and husband.  Scott had an indelible passion for hockey, his love of coaching touching the hearts of many young players and their families.  The outpouring of heartfelt condolences, further signifies the lives ‘Pager’ touched and ultimately positively impacted.  Besides hockey and coaching, his other great passion was deep sea fishing which he enjoyed with his great friend, ‘Captain’ Wynnie.

Scott was generous and loyal.  He had an enormous heart and a wonderful sense of humour.  He was always surrounded by many friends.  Never to be forgotten by his best buddies, Matt and Ruari.

God Speed Pager!  Till we meet again!
