Sels, Isabella Germaine Zulma (nee Bosschem)
Passed away at The Bridge Hospice- Warkworth on May 22nd, 2024 after a seven year battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the Late Arthur Sels. Dear mother of Peter (Alexis), and Christina (Frank). Grandmother of Michelle (Todd), Daniel (Krista), Dalton (Mandy), Jessica (Matt), Morgan (Dylan), Tyler, Luke, Bridgette, Charlize, and Nikolaus. Great Grandmother to Ethan, Madelyn, Georgia, and Ronan. Predeceased by her sister Rosita.
Isabella was very active in her community. She was a proud member of the Legion, IODE Imperial Daughters of the Empire, and Havelock Seniors Club. She was also well known on the card playing circuit, playing her way through neighbouring towns.
She was a fabulous knitter, but her true joy was the trips to Red Lobster with her family. Isabella & Arthur loved to dance, and many will remember them clearing the dance floor at wedding and events with their impressive Jiving. They are for sure dancing together now. A graveside service has taken place at the Asphodel- Norwood Cemetery.
