FAWCETT, Mary “Ruth”
Passed away at home on Tuesday May 21, 2024. Ruth Fawcett (née Flynn) at age 90. Beloved wife of the late Keith Fawcett. Loving mother of Andrea Bradley (Brian), Judy Osborne (Peter) and Steven Fawcett (Cheryl). Loving grandmother of Natasha (Matt), Charlotte, Mackenzie, and Morgan. Ruth is survived by her sisters Sharon Cowan, Heather Wise (Bob), brother Tom Flynn (Ruth) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Elizabeth (née Adams) and Russell Flynn, her sister Donna Armstrong, infant sisters Margaret and Roxy, sisters in law, Melva Curtis (Allan), brothers in law and their spouses, Jack Armstrong (Ruth), Jim Fawcett (Velma), and Donald Fawcett (Marjorie). Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, on Tuesday May 28th, from 2:00PM-4:00PM and 6:00PM-8:00PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday May 29th at 11:00AM. Reception to follow the service in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Interment at Sandy Lake Cemetery, Lakehurst, following the reception. Memorial donations may be made to Community Care Buckhorn, as expressions of sympathy.
