Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on July 8, 2024. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Ray Duncan. Dear mother of Robert (Judy), Gordon (Helena) and Faye Curry. Loving grandmother to Scott (Janet), Aaron (Stephanie), Jenna (Darren), Megan (Rob), Rachel (Kyle), Shane (Sarah) and Sharla. Elva is step-grandma to Tanya, Tricia (Jon), Tracey and Krista (Angus). Great grandmother to Emma, Jack, Kailey, Grayson, Camden, Liam (d), Isla, Lachlan, Weston and step-great grandmother to Quinton, Luke, Sydney, Taymon, Sierra, Kaydance, Billy, Audrey and Dylan. Sister of Doreen (d.) and Norman Snoddon (d.) of Sutton, Ontario, and Freda (Douglas) Snider of Kingston, Ontario. Elva is predeceased by parents Alfred (Fred) Bagshaw and Jennie McCleary. She will also be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
