THORNE: Jeffrey Lee

Passed away suddenly in Buckhorn on Saturday August 3, 2024 in his 56th year. He is loved and missed by his children Brandon Thorne (Mercedes) of Bowmanville, Kyle Thorne of Oshawa, Venessa Mitchell of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Lyla and Clara Thorne. Predeceased by his dad Arnold Thorne. Survived by his step-mother Sue Thorne of Lakefield, brother George Thorne (Lee Ann) of Havelock, sister Dawn Buffett of Orangeville, niece Cara Thorne and nephew Garion Thorne. Jeff will also be deeply missed by his very close friends. Over the last 30 years Jeff loved spending summers at Anchor Bay Campground in Buckhorn.  He enjoyed coaching minor hockey and had a lifelong passion for photography, which he shared on the Kawartha Lakes Photography FB page. Cremation has taken place.
