Whenever I get an 'itchy foot' I will remember all the enjoyable times I spent with Murray. There were lots of laughs, jokes, singing and terrible puns. We shared a lot during our friendship. A pledge was made between the two of us many years ago, and I can now say that it has been fulfilled. I know you did not believe in Good-byes, so I wish you a pleasant voyage to the stars.
