Amelia “Amy” Ridpath
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Amelia “Amy” Teresa Ridpath, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at PRHC on December 24, 2024.
Beloved wife to her husband of 69 years Charlie. Loving mother to children Larry (Debbe), Bob (Kim), Nancy (Reed Manley) John (Leah) and Julie (Dan). Grandmother to Leah, Katie, Jordan (d), Matthew (d), Ryerson, Reagan, Jake, and Jenna. Great Grandmother to Nathan and Owen. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Amy was born in Peterborough, October 2nd, 1931 to parents Nick and Anne Damario, whom predeceased her. Sister to siblings Don (d.) (Pat), Rita (d.) (John Flamminio(d.)), AnneMarie (Guy Dunlop(d.)), Loretta (Pete Metcalfe(d.)), Barbara (Roger Tarte), Margaret (Chislain Smeets), Paul (d.) (Fran), and Jean (Murray Thomas).

Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held on Friday January 3rd, 2025 at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen Street, Lakefield, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. With a memorial service to commence immediately after. Reception to follow in the Heritage room.
