Obituary of Raymond Joseph Durette

DURETTE, Raymond Joseph Passed away peacefully in his 81st year on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in Peterborough. Raymond will be sadly missed by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Joan, children Darlene (Richard) Patrick, Michael (Susan), Catherine Neil and Carey, grandchildren Shane (Stephanie) and Adam Patrick, Michael Jr. Durette, Scott (Amanda), Steven (Nicole) and Brian (Sarah) Neil, Christopher and Wesley Durette, 13 great grandchildren, siblings Rita Griffith, Lillian (Maurice) Chicorli, Freda Fisher (Don Jury), Gerald (Helen) Durette, Jack (Elaine) Durette and Maurice Durette. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. He was predeceased by his parents Laura and Henry, grandson John Patrick, brothers Dalbert, Lionel, Henry and Clarence and sister Geraldine. A Celebration of Life for Raymond will be held in the spring 2015. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
