such a kind gentleman. You were all very blessed.
I only have known Percy a little while but he could always
make me and everyone smile. Will miss watching him

So sorry to hear about the loss of a lovely man. I will miss seeing him walking his dog and stopping in for visits and chats whenever we crossed paths on the street we both lived on. He was always so incredibly kind and thoughtful - the world has truly lost one of the great ones. My heart is warmed to see he led such a wonderful life with a huge family and stories to bring with him. He will be missed. Rest in peace xo

Our deepest sympathies to Percy's family.
We are very thankful to have known him as a friend and will miss his smile and the twinkle in his eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed his stories and especially his playing of "the spoons" (that was so fascinating to hear and watch).
We often wonder how the little town of Indian River "population 3 " could raise such an amazing, fun loving guy.
We will truly miss him.

His reciting of Robert Service Poems and entertaining spirit always made for an awe inspiring performance, he was a person who lived life fully and sometimes even with a splash of mischief mixed in....just to remind us all not to always be so serious. He was loved and made me smile.

Rose and family; we wish to send our condolences to you and the family Rose. We will miss the smile and the jokes and the spoons and the man.
He had a full life and we were happy to be part of the music of his life. Had a lot of good laughs and loved his stories that could go on and on. He has a lot of good friends , who miss him dearly. Rose you were good to him and for him. I know you will miss him but he is in heaven playing spoons for the angels. Lord wouldn't you love to see that.
