Our sincere condolences to the entire Heffernan family. Nanny and Poppa were very special in our lives and have always and will always be remembered that way. Nanny was my children (Ryan and Brittany)'s caregiver and put a special care in their hearts. So sorry to hear of her passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
