Wednesday was a warm and sunny day and I thought "what a beautiful day for Betty's spirit to pass over Peterborough, Ennismore, Bridgenorth, Apsley, Glen Alda and Coe Hill on her way HOME".
Betty had a sunny, delightful personality and we will all miss her. So glad she got to attend the Forbes reunion this past August!!

I am very sorry to hear of Betty's passing. I used to enjoy dealing with her at Fisher Gauge when I worked for Manpower Temp Services. She was always pleasant to deal with. Sending sincere condolences and love to Rebecca and family. Betty will always be remembered in our family for her joyous personality and her amazing baked goods. We lived in a farm house in Coe Hill and Rebecca would visit our little family laden with baked gifts from Betty in large tupperware containers. Tiny butter tarts and delicious cookies wrapped 'just so' in waxed paper. When we finally met Betty, we were thrilled to see that she was the personification of her baked goods: warm, delightful, sweet and full of joy and kindness! We will forever be honoured to have had Betty as our family's friend.
