Obituary of Betty Marion van Dompseler

Passed away at the P.R.H.C. on Wednesday November 4, 2015. Betty (nee Hoard) of Peterborough, formerly of Glen Alda in her 65th year. Beloved wife of Bastiaan (Bob) van Dompseler Buitenhuis. Always loved and remembered by her children Rebecca and Lucas Reynolds, Barry van Dompseler (Darren Pamayah) and Andrea Thompson (Bill). Loving Oma of Yohanna Thompson, Jaxon Dompseler-Pamayah, Darci Thompson and Colby Dompseler-Pamayah. Loving daughter of Josephine (nee Forbes) and the late Clive Murray Hoard and sister of Dorothy Walke (Monty), Jerry Hoard (Jackie) and Marilyn Foster (Clarence “Duff”). Also remembered by the van Dompseler Family, many nieces and nephews, special friends and Jaden Annabella the family dog. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Sunday November 8, 2015 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the Apsley Community Chapel on Saturday November 14, 2015 at 11:00 AM. A reception and celebration of Betty’ s life will be held at the Wilson Park Community Centre, 66 Northey’s Bay Road, Woodview.
