I sure was the luckiest girl to have had Clare as my mother-in-law! She was so welcoming and so kind from our first meeting! I knew I would love her right away. I remember the first meeting of both of our parents. Sean and I were so nervous about it. What if they didn’t talk? How would Sean and I keep the conversation going? Well, we worried for nothing. No sooner did they meet one another they were chatting away about all sorts of things. Clare always wanted to make sure everyone had what they needed and were happy. I so loved our tea time together chatting and catching up on all the news. She loved hearing about the latest triumphs of her grandchildren. Clare was a gift given to all of us from God. We were so blessed by her love, and she will always be in our hearts.
