Obituary of Kevin Joseph Lee Hayes

Passed away peacefully in his home in the early morning of July 1, 2020 after a brief and courageous battle with cancer. Kevin, of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, formerly of Mississauga, was in his 66th year. He was the beloved husband of Laureen Joy Hayes (née Wiebe) and dear father of Michael (Alessandra) and Karen (Adrian). He loved his family and his adopted home of Bobcaygeon, where he frequently hosted spirited parties and dinners. When not hosting friends and neighbours, he would be found outside gardening, reading a good book, or just spending quality time with his wife. A private gathering for family will be held at his home on July 7th. His interment will be held in the Toronto area at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
