What a wonderful lady! Velma and Bill were the kindest couple. She recognized us right up to the end of her days. An amazing woman. She will be missed. We are thankful to have known her.
I want to echo what Sandra Adams wrote. Both Velma and Bill were so very important volunteers with Community Care. They were a special couple. My sincere condolences to family and friends.
I had the pleasure of meeting Velma during my years at Community Care Bobcaygeon...Velma was a sweet lady and wonderful volunteer for many years and drove soo many over the years to appointments, shopping and social functions. Wow..95 years..you were a dear friend too so many during your years in Bobcaygeon..RIP Velma and sincere condolences to all..
Velma was such a cheery person. I remember many fun visits with her when she visited with Mary Stockdale. I’m sure they are having a great reunion in heaven. She will be missed.
