So sorry we couldn’t be there. Thoughts and prayers are with you all...
Surrounded by love, she said her goodbyes,
At 91 years, she had a good life.
God let us keep her, for as long as he could,
But we had to let go, when he showed us we should.
The angels came swiftly, and took her frail hand,
Then guided her home, to the great promised land.
And though we will miss her, gone from our sight,
She’ll live in our memories, and in the bright light.
Our family that went, before she was gone,
Were all there to greet her, and welcome her home.
And there she will live, ‘till we see her once more,
When she will greet us...
at Heaven’s great door.
