Catherine's essence has been a path lit with starlight; her courage, zest and joy have accompanied my journey as I followed her inspiring lead. I have known Catherine for more than 40 years through successes and challenges, giggles and tears, hard work and euphoric play, and I will miss her every day of my life. The memories of Bruce our office husband; of the Valdy concert with Christie, Marion and Margaret; of Cath's brilliant creative course titles (Geezers ... really?); of her delicious monkey bread and her creamy chicken casserole; of the zillion preemie pumpkin and strawberry hats she lovingly knit; of the earrings Catherine made for all of us - bats, Christmas trees, hearts; of the bed jackets she made for my daughters' hospital stays; of her pranks on Tom; of her David vs Goliath stand for the rights of her workmates - there are so many more stories I would love to share. Thank you Catherine for being my dear friend. Your soul is a blueprint for us all. My condolences to Christie, Marion, Margaret, Jennifer and Paul, their families and the many Found friends.
